In relation to Agenda Item 7 (Item 6 on the minutes), (Adult Dysfluency and Cleft Lip and Palate Service) the following declarations were made:- |

|
Councillor Vic Bowden declared a personal interest by virtue of her having a long connection with the Service and had served as a Trustee. Councillor Talib Hussain also declared a personal interest in the item due to him having a child who attended the Service. |

In relation to Agenda Item 8 (Item 7 on the minutes) (Proposed Merger of Norfolk Park and Dovercourt GP Practices), Councillor Steve Ayris declared a personal interest by virtue of him being a patient at the Dovercourt Practice. |
