The Chief Licensing Officer submitted a report on an application made under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as 418 Lounge, 418 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8PJ (Ref No.71/21).

4.2

Present at the meeting were two members of the public (Objectors), Jayne Gough (Licensing Strategy and Policy Officer), Marie-Claire Frankie (Legal Adviser to the Sub-Committee and Jennie Skiba (Democratic Services).

4.3

Jayne Gough informed Members that she had received information from the applicants only thirty minutes prior to the start of the meeting and that due to personal circumstances, they were unable to attend the hearing and it was decided that the case be deferred to a later date to give the applicants a further opportunity to present their case.
