The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licencing. |

The applicant in Case No. 92/21 attended the hearing with his wife, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |
||
|

||
4.3 |
The applicant in Case No. 93/21 did not attend the hearing, and as he had not provided any explanation for his non-attendance, the Sub-Committee agreed to consider the case in his absence. |

|
|
||
4.4 |
The licence holder in Case No. 94/21 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee. |
