The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 16th September 2021, were approved as a correct record and, arising therefrom, further to a query raised by the Chair, the Policy and Improvement Officer (Deborah Glen) stated that there had been a delay in sending written responses to those members of the public who had raised questions at the meeting, and where responses had not been provided at the meeting.  She added that she was liaising with Matt Reynolds (Transport Planning and Infrastructure Manager) in terms of arranging for such written responses to be sent as soon as possible.
