The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No. 98/21 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee. |

||
4.3 |
The applicant in Case No. 99/21 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |

The applicant in Case No. 85/21 attended the hearing and, as his representative did not attend, requested a deferral. |
