Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No.27/22 did not attend the hearing and the case was heard in his absence.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No.28/22 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

The applicant in Case No.29/22 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.5

The applicant in Case No.21/22 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information now reported and, where relevant, circulated at the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-
