The Leader confirmed that this would be the final meeting of the Co-Operative Executive before the Council moves to a committee system. He placed on record his thanks to present and past Cabinet/Co-Operative Executive portfolio holders for their considerable work over the years and recognised the often difficult decisions they have been required to take. In addition, he thanked all the Chairs of the Scrutiny Commissions, past and present, for holding executive decision makers to account. |
