Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The licence holder in Case No. 75/22 requested a deferral on the grounds that he needed more time to prepare his case.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No. 77/22 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee

 

 

4.4

The applicant in Case No.76/22 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.5

The applicant in Case No.78/22 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. In the absence of the Chair (Councillor Karen McGowan), this hearing was chaired by Councillor Joe Otten.

 

 

4.6

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information now reported and, where relevant, circulated either prior to the meeting, but after publication of the agenda, or at the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-
