RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: On the motion of Councillor Roger Davison, seconded by Councillor Denise Fox, that the best of thanks of this Council under the Common Seal be presented to Councillor Gail Smith and Mr. Stephen Smith, for the able and very satisfactory manner in which they have performed their various official duties as Lord Mayor and Consort of this City during the past year. |

The retiring Lord Mayor, Councillor Gail Smith, then took receipt of an ex-Lord Mayor’s Badge and then addressed the Council. |

The retiring Lord Mayor’s Chaplain, Mr. Ryan Wileman, then addressed the Council. |

The Lord Mayor then presented a Badge to the retiring Lord Mayor’s Consort, Mr. Stephen Smith, and his daughter, Ms. Elizabeth Smith, then addressed the Council. |
