RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: On the motion formally moved by Councillor Dianne Hurst and formally seconded by Councillor Joe Otten, that:-

(a) each Councillor named in the table below be appointed as Chair or Deputy Chair of the Committee or Sub-Committee stated, for the Municipal Year 2022-23:-

(c) (i) approval be given for the membership of the Strategy and Resources Policy Committee to be increased from 9 to 11 members while preserving proportionality both overall and on the committee itself, as per the addendum to this report and (ii) accordingly, Councillors Paul Woodand Shaffaq Mohammed be appointed to serve as additional members of that Committee and it be noted that Councillor Mohammed will be the Group Spokesperson on the Committee;
