Councillor Chaplin informed the Committee that he had not seconded the amendment at Minute No. 6b.5, as he had declared an interest and did not take part in the discussion or vote.  The Principal Democratic Services Officer undertook to revisit the recording to ascertain which Member had seconded the amendment and correct the minutes accordingly.

4.2

RESOLVED that, subject to the above amendment, the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 14^th June 2022 were approved as a correct record.
