Refuse to grant a licence, on the grounds that, in the light of the convictions and offences now reported, the Sub-Committee was of the opinion that the applicant was not a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |

Grant a licence for the normal term of nine months and, on the first renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a 12 month licence and, on any subsequent renewal, an 18 month licence, subject to there being no further cause for concern. |

Take no action, leaving the licence in place, but issue the licence holder with the strongest possible written warning as to his future conduct, and, should there be any further offences reported prior to the expiry of this current licence, bring the licence back to the Sub-Committee for a further review hearing. Should there be no further cause for concern, authority be given to renew the licence in accordance with normal procedures. |
