It was noted that the application to vary a premises licence, made under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003, in respect of the premises known as Nursery Tavern, 276 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8PE (Ref No. 130/22) had been withdrawn by the applicants prior to the hearing, but after the agenda for the meeting had been published.
