RESOLVED:  On the Motion of Councillor Pat Midgley, seconded by Councillor Clive Skelton, that the role of the Monitoring Officer, as outlined in the report of the Chief Executive circulated with the agenda, be noted and the Director of Legal Services be designated as the Council’s Monitoring Officer with effect from 1st August, 2012.
