Immediately revoke the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, on the grounds that, in view of the information now received, the Sub-Committee considers the licence holder not to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |
