The Committee received and noted a report of the Chief Planning Officer detailing planning appeals received and dismissed, and new enforcement appeals received by the Secretary of State.

9.2

Members attention was drawn to an enforcement appeal that had been allowed at 15 Rosedale Gardens, Sheffield, S11 8QB. The Inspector had given weight to the fall back position under Permitted Development rights and the orientation of the property.
