It was noted that (a) due to an administrative error which had led to an incomplete version of the minutes of the previous meeting being published with the agenda, these minutes had been withdrawn from consideration at this meeting and (b) the completed version of the minutes of the meeting held on 27^th September 2022 would be submitted for approval at the next meeting of the Committee.
