It was explained that the appendices at items 9 and 10 in the agenda were not available to the public and press because it contained exempt information described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) relating to financial and business affairs. It was proposed and agreed to moved items 9 & 10 to the end of the meeting and the Committee were asked to formally exclude the public and press for the discussions on those items to allow for consideration of the sensitive information.
