(a) Grant a licence for three years, as requested, on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence, and (b) the applicant be required to undertake the Certificate in the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver within 12 months of the date of issue of the licence. |
