Councillor Ruth Milsom declared a personal interest in Agenda Item No. 9 – Business Recovery Plan Update: Cost-of-Living Crisis and Support for Business, as a small business owner. Councillor Milsom declared that her business had not benefited from any grants or loans administered by the Council.
