The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The applicant in Case No.180/22 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |

The applicant in Case No. 181/22 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |

The licence holder in Case No.182/22 did not attend the hearing and, as no prior notice had been received from him, and given the circumstances of the case, the Sub-Committee agreed to consider the case in his absence. |
