Item 8 on the agenda (item 7 in the minutes) included exempt appendices that were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information as described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended. If members of the committee wished to discuss the information contained in the exempt appendices, members of the public and press would be kindly asked to leave the meeting at that point and the webcast halted. |
