The Committee noted that the report relating to item 7 on the agenda for the meeting (Fargate Shipping Containers) included an appendix containing exempt information as described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended. However, the Committee did not discuss the details of exempt information provided within the appendix and did not resolve to exclude the press and public from the meeting for that item of business. |
