The minutes of the meeting of the Board held on 29 September 2022, were agreed as a correct record, subject to a correction at paragraph 10.1 to delete the word ‘Professor’ and replacement with the word ‘Dr’.

The Chair provided an update regarding the membership of the ICB from the housing and voluntary sectors.
