Councillor Jayne Dunn declared a pecuniary interest in an application for planning permission for alterations to retail unit, including the change of use from office to retail to part of the first floor at Williamson Hardware, 222 Fulwood Road (Case No. 12/91352/FUL (formerly PP-01964952)) as she had made representations in objection to the application. Councillor Dunn left the room during consideration of the item and did not take part in the discussion or vote on the application. |
