The minutes of the previous meeting of the Committee held in November were considered and approved as a correct record subject to Cllr Alexi Dimond asking for it be noted that he had voted against the amendments shown at paragraph 8.2 (d) and 8.2 (e).  It was agreed that the November 2022 minutes would be updated to reflect this (see 8.2 of November 2022 minutes).
