The Head of Waste Management and Highway Maintenance introduced the report which set out a new approach to managing the competing demands on the Council’s urban verges around the city, including options for protection measures to prevent anti-social parking, establishment of wildflowers and community funded tree planting. It was advised to defer to allow time to sufficiently document the EIA. |
