The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 4th October, 2022, were approved as a correct record, with the exception of (a) the list of Members present, which was amended by the correction of Councillor Tim Huggan as Deputy Chair, and not Councillor Joe Otten and (b) Item 5 – Public Questions and Petitions, which was amended by the correction of the name “Minesh Parekh” for “Manesh Parekh” in paragraphs 5.6 and 5.11.
