(a) Extend the licence until 4th June 2023, on the grounds that the applicant has provided sufficient evidence to convince the Sub-Committee that there are exceptional reasons to deviate from the current policy on the age limit of vehicles and (b) should the applicant provide evidence that he has applied, and been approved for, financial support through the Council’s clean air fund, the Chief Licensing Officer be able to grant further extension(s) of the licence. |
