Following the presentation, Members of the Committee broke out into breakout groups with Officers and members of the public to consider the information presented on the draft local plan.

Following the breakout session, one person from each group was asked to feedback their groups thoughts. A summary of all the feedback presented were as follows: -
· Discussed the use of community facilities in this LAC area. · It was mentioned that 20 minutes was not long enough for the breakout session. · Concerns over the consultation, where it had gone and who it was reaching. · Key concern was whether this was affordable. · Guidance on navigation of the plan needed to be better.
