It was noted that Appendix C to the report at item 14 in the above agenda is not available to the public and press because it contains exempt information described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended). If Members wish to discuss the information in these reports/appendices, the Committee will ask the members of the public and press to kindly leave for that part of the meeting and the webcast will be paused. |
