It was noted that appendix 1 to item 14 on the agenda, appendices A and C to item 15 on the agenda and the report and appendices to item 16 on the agenda were not available to the public or press because they contained exempt information. If Members wished to discuss the exempt information, the Committee would ask the members of the public and press to kindly leave for that part of the meeting and the webcast would be paused. |
