The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The applicant in Case No.75/23 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee. |

The applicant in Case No.76/23 was unable to attend the hearing, but a family member and representative attended in his absence and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |
