The Chair (Councillor Mohammed Mahroof) stated that the report at that agenda item 12 (Strategic Risk Management) were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person. Accordingly, the public and press would be excluded from the meeting during consideration of that item of business.
