As the tree preservation order had been brought back to Committee following a deferral at the meeting held on 20^th June 2023 to allow for a site visit, Councillors Alan Woodcock, Glynis Chapman, Peter Price and Ibby Ullah left the meeting as they had not been present at the previous meetings to hear the officer presentation and public representations.

Councillor Mike Chaplin took the Chair.

6.3

Three additional representations, along with the officer responses were included in the supplementary report circulated prior to the meeting and summarised by officers.

6.4

Victoria Clayton attended the meeting and updated Members on the application following the site visit.

6.5

Andrew Mills attended the meeting and spoke against the tree preservation order.

6.6

Members considered the report in the light of the objections received and the site visit carried out.

6.7

RESOLVED:- That Tree Preservation Order No. 468 be confirmed unmodified.
