The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 27 June, 2023 were approved as a correct record, subject to the following correction to item 1.1:

“That Councillor Safiya Saeed be appointed as Deputy Chair of the Committee for the Municipal Year 2023/24” be replaced by “That Councillor Garry Weatherall be appointed as Deputy Chair of the Committee for the Municipal Year 2023/24”.

RESOLVED: That Councillor Safiya Saeed be appointed as Deputy Chair of the Committee, in place of Councillor Garry Weatherall, for the remainder of the Municipal Year 2023-24.
