Councillor Andrew Sangar (MBE) declared a personal interest in relation to item 11 as his son owned property near to the land at Cotton Mill Row, Kelham Island. Councillor Sangar declared that he would withdraw from the meeting and take no part in the discussion or voting thereon. |
