The Committee received and noted a report of the Chief Planning Officer detailing planning appeals received, dismissed and allowed and Enforcement Appeals received and dismissed by the Secretary of State. 

7.2

A question was asked regarding the status of the electric vehicle charging point which was not mentioned in the decision of the Planning Inspector to dismiss the delegated decision of the Council regarding Application No. 22/04524/FUL.

7.3

The Planning Officer explained that although it was not mentioned specifically by the Planning Inspector, the whole appeal had been dismissed, so a new application would be needed for the electric vehicle charging point.
