Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No.120/23 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No.128/23 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

The applicant in Case No.129/23 had informed the Licensing Service that he was not able to attend the meeting and requested that consideration of his application be deferred.

 

 

4.5

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information now reported and, where relevant, circulated either prior to the meeting, but after publication of the agenda, or at the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-

In the circumstances now reported the licence holder be granted an exemption with the condition that the rear licence plate signage must not be removed.
