The minutes of the previous meeting held on 12 October 2023, were agreed as an accurate record.

4.2

The Chair (Councillor Fran Belbin) referred to the minutes in which it was previously agreed that the Council would publish the interim paper from Sheffield Oversight and Scrutiny once a finalised version was received. The Chair confirmed that this paper had now been received therefore it would be published following the meeting.
