The licence holder be (a) issued with a warning as to his future conduct, to remain live on his licence for a period of three years, stating that, should there be any further causes for concern, the licence be referred back to the Sub-Committee; and (b) required to complete and pass the Certificate in Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver, within three months of the date of this hearing. |
