Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 38/24 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No.44/24 did not attend the hearing and had not provided any reasons for his absence.

 

 

4.4

The applicant in Case No. 46/24 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.5

The applicant in Case No. 47/24 attended the hearing with two representatives and they all addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.6

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information now reported and, where relevant, circulated either prior to the meeting, but after publication of the agenda, or at the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows: -
