Councillors Neale Gibson and Steve Wilson each declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest relating to item 9 (Review of Household Waste Recycling Centres) as they were both members of the GMB Trade Union and had each received payments from it in relation to their election expenses. They both withdrew from the meeting during consideration of that item. |
