RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY: That the Waste and Street Scene Policy Committee approves the Statement of Principles (Policy) for submission to Full Council on the 4th of December 2024, to ensure compliance with the Council’s statutory requirements set out in the 2005 Act and associated regulations and guidance to have the policy adopted by Full Council and published in time for the Statement of Principles to be in effect in January 2025. |
