The Chair noted that several items on the agenda contained appendices that were not available to the public or press because they contained exempt information relating to financial and business affairs. If Members wished to discuss the information in the appendices, the Sub-Committee would ask the members of the public and press to kindly leave for that part of the meeting and the webcast would be paused. |
