Review of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence

Immediately revoke the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, on the grounds that the Sub-Committee no longer considers the licence holder to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence in view of the serious offences now reported.
