The minutes of the meetings held on 16^th May 2012 and on 26^th April 2012 were approved as correct records, subject to the inclusion of a further bullet point in section 6.8 of the minutes of 26^th April, as follows:-

·                    Members’ expressed concerns around increased school autonomy and the importance this placed on the role of School Governors.
