·               Clinical Commissioning Group and clinical outcomes

·               Development of Right First Time and Health Watch

RESOLVED: That Members (a) note the contents of the above report for inclusion in the Work Programme 2012/13, and (b) resolve to give this Committee’s support to the Joint Yorkshire and Humber Regional Scrutiny Committee in considering the Review of Children’s Congenital Cardiac Surgery with regard to opposing the closure of the Leeds Cardiac Surgery Unit.
