The minutes of the meeting of the Economic and Environmental Wellbeing Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee held on 20^th September 2012, were approved as a correct record.  Arising from their consideration, it was noted that clarification would be obtained regarding the Declaration of Interests issue, relating to item 8 (Review of Household Waste Recycling Centres), raised by Councillor Joe Otten.
