(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of three months and, on the first renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a six month licence and, on the second renewal, a nine month licence and, on the third renewal, a 12 month licence and on any subsequent renewal, an 18 month licence subject to there being no further cause for concern; (b) the applicant be given a written warning as to his future conduct; and (c) the applicant be required to submit to the Licensing Section, a negative drugs test prior to collecting his licence. |
